Casa Villa Cristal
Vinales is very quiet and Villa cristal is a perfect house for relaxing with fantastic hospitality and very good and natural food.high recomended!

Villa Cristal
Definitely the highlight of our stay! Franscisco and Any made us feel so welcome, and the food was delicious! The room, or bungalow, was very comfortable with a fridge, tv, dvd player and selection of books and dvds. They really made our stay in Vinales memorable and were very helpful in organising excursions and recommending other Casas. Thank you Villa Cristal.

Villa Cristal
Francisco and Any have a beautiful casa. The room is in a separate building in the attractive garden. The facilities are first rate. The casa is very central in the village but also in a quiet street. Francisco and Any both work in the tourism in the village and have excellent English. They are able to arrange all the day trips from the village. The family is very friendly, delightful company. Lucky you if you have are able to get a booking at Villa Cristal. An excellent casa.

How was the food the offer?: Very high standard. They were able to provide a very good variety of very tasty and healthy meals.
Other services they offer: They can arrange at short notice any booking for day trips near the village and to the beach resorts. This is a big advantage.
Other comments: Francisco and Any speak excellent English and they have a charming family.

Freundliche Gastgeber, eine saubere, komfortable Unterkunft in bester Lage in einem separaten "Gartenhäuschen" und sehr gutes Essen erwarten einen in der Villa Cristal. Francisco und Ani sind nicht nur sehr zuverlässig, sondern auch hilfsbereit und Organisationstalente. Note 1! Absolut empfehlenswert!!!!

Casa Villa Cristal
We arrived in Vinales Valley towards the end of our Cuban road trip. Having stayed at a reasonably wide array of hotels and casas, Villa Crystal came as an undoubted highlight. The guest suite ensures total relaxation and privacy, while there're plenty of opportunities to mingle with the family if you wish. The young owners, Fransisco and Any, both work in the travel industry, hence are well-placed to give all sorts of tips you might need. Their professionalism and thoughtfulness is reflected in every detail of the guest suite - the well-selected stack of DVDs, their Cuban Music GIft CD, and the Guest Guide packed with useful information, all of this put a big smile on our face. And that was before we tasted their food! Any is an amazing cook, every meal we had at the Villa felt like a real feast. The problem one often encounters at smaller cities - especially when staying at well-catered Casas - that lunch out in town can be a real hazard, was simply solved when we walked back to the Casa (a short stroll from the main square) and had a lovely ham-and-cheese sandwich lunch that Any prepared. Oh, and did I mention that our Welcome Snack was freshly picked bananas from Grandpa's kitchen garden, just behind the guest suite? Count yourself very lucky indeed if they have a space, and enjoy everything the Valley has to offer!

How was the food the offer?: Simply the best. If they have lobster/red snapper available, make sure you order these.
Other services they offer: Organising trips into the valley, helping to book onward hotels elsewhere in Cuba, etc etc.
Other comments: Look no further if they have vacancies - and count yourself very lucky!

Casa Villa Cristal
Actually, I didn't even have a chance to stay at Villa Cristal because it was fully booked when I visited Vinales. However, I wanted to write a review anyway because of the amazing, friendly, helpful service Any & Franciso gave me!
When I requested the dates I was in Vinales Any responded and told me they were full. She then helped me organize another Casa (which was lovely; I will review it separately). Then she helped my family and I organize horse-riding and a trip to Cayo Jutias, all by email, before we arrived, when we weren't even staying at her Casa! We exchanged no less than 10 emails. From her emails, Any's english seems excellent. I can only imagine how great the Casa would be with service like that for someone who isn't even a guest. Vinales was wonderful and I regret that we did not seek out Any & Francisco and thank them in person, but we had a wonderful time and I think it would be a great Casa to stay at. Thanks Any & Francisco!

Casa Villa Cristal
Prior to our arrival in Vinales, I contacted Villa Cristal to make a reservation as I had seen so many great reviews, but they were fully booked. In spite of this, Francisco made the time and effort to suggest other options, as well as offered information on places of interest and tours available in Vinales.
Meeting Francisco and Any felt like meeting old friends. They are warm, helpful and very hospitable, and visitors to their home would be well cared for!!
Francisco & Any are true Ambassadors of hospitality.

Casa Villa Cristal
We stayed for four days at Villa Crystal and we had a great time. Francisco and Any are very nice people who will do anything to make you feel comfortable.You will have your own private bungalow in the backyard,airco,tv and a safetybox. So,nothing to complain.
Breakfast and diner are just great. In the future there will be a roof terrace too.
So, dont hesitate if you are in Vinales and looking for a casa, Vila Crystal is probably one of the best..

The room is in a small house at the quiet backyard. Everything is clean and is working fine. The family are working in the tourist business is very nice and concerned. They can fix almoast whetever you need. Food is excelllent

From the first moment we feel like home.
Anita and Francisco are very helpfull and likes to tell about their Cuba.
The food is delicious, made by Anita.
The room is great and clean.
We recommand this Casa to anyone who wants to enjoy Vinales and surrounding.

How was the food the offer?: The fruit is delicious and varied.
Anita cooks great meals.
Ask for flan, it\'s a sweet dessert.
Other services they offer: The tours of Cubanacan, the agency where Francisco works.
Other comments: Do the tour around Vinales and you will drink the best pina colada of Cuba.
During this tour you can buy cheap cigars at a local farmer.

Francisco and Any are great hosts!
On short notice they arranged we could stay at Maria's place opposite to Villa Cristal
Francisco helped us from the first e mail contact to the last day with his guidance and he even arranged a rental car for us .That while alle the rental companies were unable to help us!
They deserve a great future as they are a first rate example of the level of hospitality that belong to Cuba
